The Buller Knights

A group of Interplast volunteers arrived back in Australia last night after a two week surgical activity in Mt Hagen, Papua New Guinea. Dubbed a huge success, the trip was largely made possible by the funding raised by the Buller Knights and their incredible supporters.

Miles for Smiles

Motorbike adventure, anyone? In February 2013, avid Interplast supporter, Peter Jones, will embark on an epic motorbike ride through South-East Asia and Australia to raise funds and awareness for Interplast. 45 days, 6500 miles (that’s 10,460 kilometres!) and six countries. Pretty impressive, hey?

Laos Expansion

We recently expanded our programs in Laos to the new province of Xieng Khouang! Six Interplast volunteers, as well as in-country medical staff from Mahosot Hospital in Vientiane, travelled to the north east of Laos to provide critical and otherwise unavailable surgical services to the local community.
