There are many ways you can be part of the life-changing work we do.

You could participate in some of the many running events across Australia and choose Interplast as your nominated charity. See below to learn more about some of our running events in your state. However you are not limited to these and can fundraise through a fun run or marathon of your choice.

You could also ‘Choose how you support us’. Host a cake stall, trek somewhere beautiful, host a trivia night, the options are endless.
